Consultation training. When we started our first clinic, Dr Tim simply gave patients the treatment they asked for. Then in 2015 something magical happened. His average appointment spend doubled, and it was all down to revolutionising the way he consulted patients. We will train you on this method and you too will become a master of consultations.

A full team around you: reception, a clinic manager, aesthetician, someone on the phones. You'll never order stock or fill your own diary again!

What would your week actually look like?

2-3 full days to start, one evening a week, and two Saturdays a month, growing as the clinic grows. Inside those days you will:

Carry out in-depth consultations, including use of a facial analysis device like Visia

Create full treatment plans for patients

Perform Botox, dermal filler and energy-based device treatments

You'll need all of these

You're a prescribing clinician (registered with NMC, GMC, GDC or GPhC)

You've worked in aesthetics for at least two years, you can inject the key areas of the face with hyaluronic acid filler, and you're experienced with toxin

You live within an hour's drive of the clinic

You can give us 2-3 full days a week (rising over time), one evening a week and two Saturdays a month

You're a people person who loves building long term patient relationships

You're coachable and welcome feedback

You're comfortable talking about money with patients

You're passionate about skin quality

You're into wellness yourself

You're happy to appear on our social media and training platforms. Don't worry if you're not great on camera at the moment — we'll coach you.

You're looking for a long-term aesthetics role, and you want this to be the central focus of your working life. A small part-time NHS role alongside is fine but we're not looking for an entrepreneur who has big ambitions to grow your own aesthetics business. We want someone to grow inside our business

The basics

The role

Clinician at Profinity Wellness: injectables, skin quality and energy-based treatments, with structured training throughout. Two positions, on a self-employed basis.

Where

Profinity Wellness, Cotton Court, Middlewich Road, Holmes Chapel CW4 7ET. Right by Junction 18 of the M6, with easy parking.

Starts

Training begins in September 2026. The clinic role starts in October 2026.

Hours

2-3 full days a week to start, growing over time, plus one evening a week and two Saturdays a month.

Pay

A generous commission model designed for strong earnings. Full details at interview.

Personal mentorship, injectables and consultation training from Dr Tim Pearce, all e-learning courses included, plus device and manufacturer training.
