A wellness clinic in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire

Look like yourself,on a good day.

Start with a ProGlow. One morning: fresher skin the same day, a proper read of what's driving the dullness and the shadows, and a protocol written for you. Most of what's in it costs nothing to act on. The treatments are there to get you along faster, if you want them.

If you've been putting this off

You're not being vain. You're being ignored.

You've spent a decade looking after everyone else. Teenagers, work, parents who are getting frailer. Somewhere in there you stopped being the person anyone looks at twice, and you notice it, and you feel silly for noticing.

Then there's the other thing. You've heard the horror stories. You've seen faces that have been overdone, and you'd genuinely rather age than end up one of them. So you do nothing, and the nothing adds up.

"I hate my jowls and I don't like the dark circles under my eyes."
"I don't want people looking at me in Tesco thinking she's blatantly had something done."
"I'm afraid I'll spend a lot of money and get nothing back from it."

If any of that sounds like something you've thought, you're in the right place.

Why this clinic exists

This clinic is not how we make our living.

Tim and Miranda train clinicians. That's the business. Doctors and nurses across the world learn how to treat safely, and how to run a clinic properly, from the two of them.

Profinity Wellness in Holmes Chapel is where we have to prove it works. Every protocol, every consultation, every detail of how you're looked after here is built to be the best version we know how to build, then documented, filmed and taught to clinics in other countries. We're setting out to make this the benchmark for what a scientifically grounded wellness clinic looks like.

That changes what happens to you in the room. Everything we recommend here is written down and taught to other clinics, which is an awkward kind of pressure to work under and a useful one: a clinic being copied cannot afford advice it can't defend. So when we suggest something, ask us why. There is a documented answer, including the times the answer is not yet, or not from us.

What we work out here gets given away. That is the entire point of the place, and you are the person it has to work for first.

The Profinity Spiral

The same eight things drive your skin, your energy and how well you age.

This is why we call ourselves a wellness clinic and mean it. The Profinity Spiral is one system covering health, wellness and longevity, and every plan we write runs through all eight of its domains, whatever it was that brought you in.

Most people arrive about a jowl, or dullness, or the shadows under their eyes. That's the front door, and it's a perfectly good one. But sleep, food, movement, recovery, sunlight and the company you keep are what actually govern the next twelve months of your face, and of everything else. You can't quietly improve one without improving the other, so we stopped pretending they're separate.

It isn't a diagram we drew to look clever. We employ our own research team to work through the evidence behind everything we might suggest to you, grade how strong that evidence actually is, and throw out whatever only works in a brochure.

The awkward part of the result: six of the eight cost you nothing. We'd rather tell you that before you pay us than after.

  1. Free

    Food

What you eat turns up in your skin about six weeks later. We look at protein, blood sugar and how you cook rather than handing you a diet sheet. Nothing is banned, and nothing here needs a subscription.

  2. Low cost

    Supplements

Most of what is sold in this category is wasted money. Our research team grades the evidence, so you are told which few are worth buying and, more usefully, which to stop. Anything prescription-only is discussed with a doctor in person.

  3. Free

    Connection

The domain people are most surprised to find in a skin clinic. It covers who you actually see in a week, and whether you have anywhere to be honest. It is the one our patients most often score worst on.

  4. Free

    Recovery

Stress, sunlight and how you actually wind down. This is where sun protection lives, along with breathing, heat, and whatever genuinely switches your head off. That is different for everybody.

  5. Free

    Movement

Not a training plan. The dose of movement that fits the week you really have, weighted towards the kind that suits your goal rather than the kind that is fashionable.

  6. Free

    Sleep

The domain with the largest effect and the least glamour. We look at consistency before duration, because a regular imperfect night beats an irregular long one.

  7. Where we come in

    In clinic

Facials, microneedling, the skin assessment, fillers, hyperbaric oxygen and red light. Added only where your assessment says they will earn their place, and only once the free domains are actually working.

  8. Skincare & devices

    At home

The routine you actually run between appointments. Kept deliberately short: a small number of things worth doing, rather than a shelf of products you will abandon by March.

The same eight run whatever the goal, whether that is skin, sleep, energy or simply staying well for longer. Only the weighting changes.

How the Spiral works

A visualisation of the relaxation space: a curved daybed, linen throw and morning light through an arched window
The clinic itself

Designed so you slow down before we start.

Most people arrive from the school run or a meeting they overran, still holding the day. The building is built to take that off you. Warm stone, quiet rooms, soft light, and nobody rushing you through a door.

Half of what we do for your skin depends on your nervous system settling down. So we start there, before anyone touches your face.

What we do here

The treatment menu, in plain words.

Every one of these begins with an assessment, and none of them is compulsory once you've had it.

Start here

The ProGlow

One morning: a treatment that shows the same day, a diagnostic skin scan, and a twelve-month plan you keep whether you ever come back or not.

The assessment

We agree what you want. Then we find the shortest way to it.

Most clinics start with what they do. We start with what you're actually after, which is rarely "a filler". It is usually the version of you that you'd be pleased to see in a photograph next summer. And, just as much, what you don't want: to look done, to be talked about at the school gates, to spend money on something that goes nowhere.

Your story, and where you want to get to

Before anything is measured we ask what's been bothering you, what you've already tried, and what you'd like to look and feel like a year from now. It gets written down. Neither of us has to guess at it again.

Your face, measured rather than eyeballed

A diagnostic camera scores your skin for texture, redness, pigment and the sun damage sitting under the surface from the summers you spent without sunscreen. Then you score yourself. The two rarely agree, and the gap between them is one of the most useful things we learn about you.

The rest of you, because a face doesn't work on its own

Sleep, food, movement, recovery, sunlight and the company you keep. All eight domains of the Profinity Spiral. Between them they govern the next twelve months of your skin, and most of the rest of your health with it.

Your protocol, written for you and yours to keep

Not a list of treatments. The order to do things in, what to expect and when, and how we'll both know it's working. Most of what's in it costs nothing to act on. You take it home whether you ever book anything else or not.

Where a treatment would genuinely shorten the road

If one would, we'll say which, why, and what it costs. Treatments are stepping stones here rather than the destination. They get you there faster when you want to go faster. Turn all of them down and the protocol still works.

You get the whole picture, including the parts of it we don't charge for. The research behind the protocol is free, and we publish it and teach it. What this clinic is really trying to prove is that a patient can be handed the whole answer. Most of that answer happens at home, nowhere near us.

Who you'll be looked after by

Built by the people other clinics learn from.

Dr Tim Pearce MBChB (Hons) has spent seventeen years in clinical practice and now teaches thousands of medical professionals worldwide how to treat safely, including how to handle the complications behind the horror stories you've heard.

Miranda Pearce built their first clinic with him from nothing to a household name in the North West, and sold it in 2025. She designs how this one feels to walk into, and she's documenting the whole build in the open so other clinicians can copy it.

The part that isn't science

Connection is one of the eight. People are always surprised.

It's in there because loneliness turns up in your health long before it turns up on your face. Also because most people who sit down with us haven't been properly listened to in a very long time.

So appointments here aren't a conveyor belt. You get time. You get to say what is actually going on, including the parts that have nothing to do with your skin, and the plan gets built around your life rather than around our diary.

Between ourselves we describe the job as making happy, healthy humans. It sounds soft next to the research and the grading and the measurements. It's the reason for all of it.

“We would rather earn the first review than write one.”
Miranda & Dr Tim Pearce

We have not opened, so there are no patient stories here yet. When there are, they will be real and consented. Until then, the only honest thing we can offer is a place near the front of the queue.
