Our story

We'd already built a clinic. This is the one we meant.

Between 2008 and 2025, Miranda and Dr Tim Pearce built one of the North West's best-known clinics, then sold it. Profinity Wellness is what they chose to do next — and this time, everything starts with health.

Where this really started

Tim watched his mum lose control of her health.

She died slowly, of Parkinson's and osteoporosis. It was protracted, and it was brutal, and there was very little anyone could do by the time it mattered.

What that left Tim with wasn't just grief. It was a conviction: most of your future health is decided years before anything goes wrong, while there's still time to change it. He rebuilt his own family's habits around that idea. Then he and Miranda decided their second clinic would be built around it too.

So before anything went on our treatment menu, it went through one question: what does the evidence say actually works? The honest answer, surprisingly often, is something free — sleep, food, sunlight handled properly, movement, time with people you love. You'll find all of that in your plan before you find a single paid treatment.

What this clinic is for

We didn't build this clinic to make a living from it.

Tim and Miranda train clinicians. That is the business, and it's a global one — doctors and nurses in dozens of countries learn how to treat safely, and how to build a clinic properly, from the two of them.

Profinity Wellness is the flagship. It's where we stop talking about how a clinic should be run and actually run one, in public, with everything written down. Every protocol, every consultation script, every detail of how a patient is looked after gets built to the best standard we know, then documented and taught to clinics around the world.

The ambition is specific: to make this the benchmark for what a scientifically grounded wellness clinic looks like, and to raise what patients everywhere feel entitled to ask for.

If you're a patient here, that works in your favour. A clinic that lives on treatment revenue has a quiet reason to suggest one more thing. We're being watched by the people we teach, so our reputation rests on you getting the right answer — including the times the right answer earns us nothing.

How we decide what's true

We employ our own research team.

Aesthetic medicine has a weakness for the impressive-sounding. A supplier makes a claim, it gets repeated at a conference, and within a year it's being sold on high streets as though it were settled science.

So we do the reading ourselves. Our researchers work through the published evidence behind everything we might recommend to you — what a study actually measured, how many people were in it, who funded it — and grade how strong that evidence really is. Some things earn a place. Plenty get thrown out, including things we could comfortably have sold.

All of it runs through the Profinity Spiral: eight domains that between them govern how you look, how you feel and how well you age. Six of the eight cost you nothing. It's one engine pulling health, wellness and longevity into every plan we write — skin is simply the door most people come in through, not the limit of what we're doing.

How the Spiral works

The other half of it

Happy, healthy humans.

That's the phrase we use between ourselves for what this is all supposed to produce. It sounds soft next to the grading and the measurements. It's the reason for all of it.

Because the science is only half. The other half is the thing the world is short of — connection, and the human touch: somewhere unhurried enough that you can relax, tell someone what's actually going on, and be properly listened to before anybody reaches for a solution. That's not decoration around the medicine. It's how you arrive at the right diagnosis and the right plan, and it's why connection is one of the eight domains rather than a nice extra.

Look good, feel good, and make more of your life. In that order, and none of them at the expense of the others.

The promise

You're not buying treatments. You're after an outcome.

Our promise is ethical, high-quality, scientifically based advice that aims at the real outcome — not at this month's sales target.

We won't treat people we can't help. If we're not the answer, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
We won't upsell you because it suits us in the short term. If your budget is limited, we'll stage the plan. We want you here in ten years, not just in December.
We won't start without a shared vision. Before anything happens, we agree what we're both trying to achieve — and both of us should be able to describe it.

Refusing to oversell isn't a limitation of this clinic. It's the design.

Who we are

A doctor other clinicians learn from, and the woman who builds the clinics.

Dr Tim Pearce MBChB (Hons) has spent seventeen years in clinical aesthetic practice and now teaches thousands of medical professionals worldwide — including the management of the complications behind the horror stories you've heard. The person treating you is the person other injectors call for help.

Miranda Pearce built the first clinic with Tim from a spare room to a household name, and sold it. She's building Profinity Wellness in the open — documenting every step so that clinicians around the world can learn to build clinics this way: ethical, evidence-first, and designed around the patient's whole life.
