The first appointment

One morning.Then you'll know.

Start with a ProGlow. One morning, one treatment, and a proper read of your skin — what's actually driving the dullness, the redness, the shadows under your eyes. You'll leave knowing what will change it over the next year. Most of that list costs nothing.

Doctor-led Seventeen years in clinic Always assessed first

We are not open yet. Leave your email and you will hear first when we are — and everyone who joins before we open has something waiting for them at their first visit.

We'll email you about the clinic opening and nothing else. You can leave the list in one click. Privacy policy.

You're on the list.

We'll be in touch before we open — and we've noted that you were one of the early ones.

If you've been putting this off

You're not being vain. You're being ignored.

You've spent a decade looking after everyone else — teenagers, work, parents who are getting frailer. Somewhere in there you stopped being the person anyone looks at twice, and you notice it, and you feel silly for noticing.

Then there's the other thing. You've heard the horror stories. You've seen women whose faces have been overdone, and you'd genuinely rather age than become one of them. So you do nothing, and the nothing adds up.

"I hate my jowls and I don't like the dark circles under my eyes."
"I don't want people looking at me in Tesco thinking she's blatantly had something done."
"I'm afraid I'll spend a lot of money and get nothing back from it."

If any of that sounds like something you've thought, you're in the right place.

The actual problem

Almost every treatment in this industry is sold on a guess.

Someone points at what bothers them. Someone else agrees it can be treated. Money changes hands. Nobody measured anything first, so nobody can say afterwards whether it worked, or which part of it worked.

That's where both of your fears come from. You might look overdone, because nobody checked what your face actually needed. You might waste the money, because nobody set a starting point to measure against. Guesswork produces both.

Nobody sensible extends a house without a survey. We think a face deserves the same courtesy, which is why every single person who comes here is assessed before anything is recommended.

What a ProGlow morning looks like

You'll leave with a glow, a score, and a plan.

It takes one appointment. Here's the whole thing, in order.

A treatment that shows the same day

You come in and have your ProGlow — a treatment chosen to give you visible freshness that morning, not in six weeks. It's the part you'll notice in the mirror on the way home.

We measure your skin properly

We photograph and score your face on a diagnostic camera — texture, redness, pigment, the sun damage sitting under the surface from the summers you spent without sunscreen in your twenties. Then we ask you to score yourself. Those two numbers rarely match, and the gap between them is one of the most useful things we learn about you.

You get a plan for the next twelve months

Not a list of treatments. A plan across everything that governs how your skin behaves — how you sleep, what you eat, how much sun you take, how much stress you're carrying, and where a clinical treatment genuinely earns its place. You take it away whether you book anything else or not.

The honest part

Most of what will change your skin this year doesn't happen in this building.

Sleep, food, sun, stress and movement do more to your face over twelve months than anything we can do in an hour. That's an awkward thing for a clinic to say out loud, and it's still true.

So we assess all of it, using a system called the Profinity Spiral — eight domains that between them govern how you look, how you feel and how well you age. It pulls health, wellness and longevity into one plan rather than treating them as three different appointments, and it's backed by our own research team, whose job is to grade the evidence behind everything we might recommend and discard whatever only works in a brochure.

Your plan will lean on the free things first, because they carry most of the weight. What we do here is speed the results up and make them visible early — which, in our experience, is what makes a person stick with the free work long enough for it to pay off.

It's also why people who came in about their skin end up telling us their sleep got better. That isn't a happy accident. It's the same eight levers.

Six of the eight cost you nothing or nearly nothing. We'd rather tell you that now than after you've paid. How the Spiral works

What we won't do

We're not going to sell you fifty things.

Ask for a treatment in most clinics and you'll get it. We'd rather look first, and sometimes say no.

We won't upsell you because it suits us this month. If your budget is limited, tell us. We'll stage it so it's manageable and you still see change.
We won't treat you if we can't help you. Some people who come here are better served by their GP, or by doing nothing at all. We'll say so.
We won't do everything at once. Faces that look overdone usually got that way through too much, too quickly, by too many hands.
We won't start without a shared picture of where you're going. You're not buying a procedure. You're after a version of yourself, and we should both be able to describe her before we begin.

“We would rather earn the first review than write one.”
— Miranda & Dr Tim Pearce

We have not opened, so there are no patient stories here yet. When there are, they will be real and consented. Until then, the only honest thing we can offer is a place near the front of the queue.

Who you'll be looked after by

Why we built a wellness clinic instead of another skin clinic.

Tim's mother died slowly, of Parkinson's and osteoporosis. Watching it taught him something he now organises his working life around: how much of your future health is decided long before anything goes wrong, and how brutal it is to lose control of it.

He and Miranda built and sold a clinic between 2008 and 2025. This one is deliberately different. Everything we offer has been put through the same question first — what does the evidence say actually works? — and the answer is very often something free that we can't charge you for.

The questions people actually ask

Will I look like I've had something done?

That's the outcome we work hardest to avoid, and it's why we assess before we recommend. Overdone faces are the result of doing too much too fast. We stage things slowly and we'd rather you left wanting slightly more than slightly less.

What if I don't want any treatments at all?

Then come for the assessment and take the plan home. A good chunk of what we'd recommend costs nothing and you can do all of it without us. You won't be chased.

How much is a ProGlow?

£250 when we open, and that is the whole appointment — the treatment, the diagnostic assessment and your plan. We'll tell you on the phone before you book, so there's no surprise on the day.

Is this a sales pitch dressed up as an assessment?

Fair question, and the honest answer is that we do hope you come back. What stops it being a pitch is that most of what we'll recommend is free, and we're happy to tell you when a treatment isn't worth your money. If we thought we could only make a living by selling you everything, we'd have built a different clinic.

Something went wrong for a friend of mine. What happens if it does for me?

You're treated by a doctor with seventeen years of clinical experience, in a clinic that trains other injectors in complication management for a living. The people who teach that subject are the people who'd be looking after you, in this building, the same day.

One morning. Then you'll know.

You've probably been thinking about this for two years. The assessment takes a morning, and afterwards you'll stop guessing — about your skin, and about whether any of it is worth doing.
