ProGlow Golden Ticket terms.
These are the terms on which we sell a ProGlow Golden Ticket. They are written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, email us before you buy.
Last updated 9 September 2026.
1. Who you are buying from
Profinity Wellness is a trading name of Dr Tim Pearce Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 10010939, registered office Clarke Nicklin House, Brooks Drive, Cheadle Royal Business Park, Cheadle SK8 3TD. The clinic is at Cotton Court, Middlewich Road, Holmes Chapel, Cheshire CW4 7ET. Contact: info@profinitywellness.com.
2. What a Golden Ticket is
A Golden Ticket entitles you to one 90-minute ProGlow appointment at Profinity Wellness. The appointment is ten steps in all and includes a professional 3D skin analysis, a written skin plan and your starting skin score, alongside the facial itself. The exact products and settings used are chosen by your practitioner on the day to suit your skin.
Every step is tailored to you following your consultation and skin analysis. Individual steps may be adapted or left out where that is clinically appropriate, for example if you have rosacea or reactive skin. Your practitioner will explain any change before making it. This does not shorten your appointment or change the price.
Fifty Golden Tickets are being released at launch. They are sold to new patients only, one per person, and are not transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Price
The Golden Ticket price is £99, paid in full at the time of purchase. Our standard price for the same appointment once the clinic is open is £295. There is nothing further to pay for the appointment itself.
Payment is taken by our payment provider on their own secure page. We do not see or store your card details.
4. Your right to cancel
Because you are buying online, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund.
We go further than that. You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before you have a booked appointment, for any reason or none. Email us and we will refund the card you paid with, normally within five working days.
5. When the ticket must be used
The clinic is due to open in late October 2026. Your ticket must be used by the end of February 2027. That date is fixed, it does not move, and it is printed on the ticket. We will remind you before it approaches.
If we are unable to open at all, or unable to offer you any appointment you can attend before that date, we refund you in full.
6. Booking, changing and cancelling an appointment
Appointments are offered to Golden Ticket holders before anyone else, by email and telephone, in the order tickets were bought.
Once you have a booked appointment we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel it. Give us that, and you may move the appointment as often as you reasonably need, or cancel it for a full refund of £99.
With less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not come, we keep £50 of the £99. The remaining £49 is yours, and you choose what happens to it: we will refund it to the card you paid with, or hold it as credit against a future treatment, whichever you prefer.
The same applies if you arrive so late that there is not enough of your 90 minutes left to treat you properly. If you are a little late we will do as much as the remaining time allows, but we cannot run over into the next patient’s appointment.
If we have to change or cancel your appointment, we will offer you the next available alternative, or a full refund if you prefer.
7. Safety, and when we will not treat you
ProGlow is not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active skin infection, have very sensitive or broken skin, have certain heart conditions or an implanted electrical device, or take medication that makes your skin sensitive to light. This list is a summary, not the whole of it.
We ask you to complete a short health questionnaire before your appointment, and your practitioner checks again on the day. If we decide it is not safe or appropriate to treat you, we will not treat you, and we will refund your ticket in full. That decision is ours to make and it is not negotiable.
You must be 18 or over. Please tell us about any medical condition, medication or allergy, and about any treatment you have had elsewhere in the previous six weeks.
8. What we are not promising
ProGlow is a skin assessment and a facial treatment. It is not a promise to remove lines, pigmentation, spots or thread veins, and results differ from person to person. Anything we recommend beyond your appointment is given to you in writing, with the cost on it, for you to take home and decide about in your own time.
9. Your information
We collect your name, contact details and, before your appointment, relevant health information, so that we can contact you about booking and treat you safely. How we handle it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it are set out in our privacy policy. Dr Tim Pearce Ltd is the data controller.
10. If something goes wrong
Tell us. Our complaints procedure sets out how we handle it and how quickly. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to have a service performed with reasonable care and skill.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
