The honest part
Most of what will change your skin this year doesn't happen in this building.
Sleep, food, sun, stress and movement do more to your face over twelve months
than anything we can do in an hour. That's an awkward thing for a clinic to
say out loud, and it's still true.
So we assess all of it, using a system called the Profinity
Spiral — eight domains that between them govern how you look, how you
feel and how well you age. It pulls health, wellness and longevity into one
plan rather than treating them as three different appointments, and it's
backed by our own research team, whose job is to grade the evidence behind
everything we might recommend and discard whatever only works in a brochure.
Your plan will lean on the free things first, because they carry most of the
weight. What we do here is speed the results up and make them visible early —
which, in our experience, is what makes a person stick with the free work long
enough for it to pay off.
It's also why people who came in about their skin end up telling us their
sleep got better. That isn't a happy accident. It's the same eight levers.
Six of the eight cost you nothing or nearly nothing. We'd rather tell you that now than after you've paid.
