If you’re last on your own list, you need to hear this

Miranda Pearce, co-founder of Profinity Wellness, at home with her family

Hi, I’m Miranda, co-founder of Profinity Wellness.

I’m 45, in the messy middle. Work, teenagers, ageing parents, hormones doing cartwheels. For years I told myself I’d book something “when things calmed down.”

Spoiler alert: they never did!

My body eventually went on strike and forced me to put myself first. I stopped people-pleasing, started saying no, and I carved out time that was just for me.

That’s why, when I started Profinity Wellness, my number one priority was to create a wellness experience that would give you a pocket of time just for you.

And so the ProGlow was born!

Not a fluffy spa facial. Not a conveyor-belt clinic appointment. It’s 90 minutes where you are the only person in the room who matters: a proper skin assessment plus a results-driven facial that still feels like a hug.

If you feel tired, a bit invisible, and like your skin just looks flat and “meh”, the ProGlow is exactly what you need.

What that 90 minutes actually looks like

You arrive and you are greeted warmly. No clinical waiting room, no conveyor belt, no rushing. You take a breath, and your shoulders drop for what might be the first time all day.

  1. A double cleanse worked over the face with fan brushes.
    1

    Deep double cleanse

Two cleanses, not one. The first lifts off SPF, make-up and the day itself. The second actually reaches your skin. Most people have never had their face properly clean, which is the real reason expensive products stop working. Everything that follows lands on skin that can finally absorb it.

  2. Yulia showing a client her skin analysis on screen.
    2

    Advanced skin analysis

You sit in front of our imaging system and it photographs your face from every angle, reading what is happening underneath as well as on the surface: pore size, redness, pigment, texture, and the sun damage that has not shown up yet. You see your own skin the way we see it. The plan you take home is built on what is measurably true of your face, not on a guess from across a room.

  3. Exfoliating solution painted on with a fan brush.
    3

    Advanced enzyme exfoliation

Dead cells sit on the surface and scatter light, which is exactly what makes skin look flat and tired. Taking them away is the fastest visible change there is. We use enzymes rather than a scrub, so they are dissolved away instead of sanded off, because stripping your skin barrier is how most people make things worse at home.

  4. A mask brushed on under warm steam.
    4

Skin-softening steam and customised treatment mask

Warm steam softens everything and opens the pores so the next steps can do their job properly. Then your mask goes on, chosen for your skin on the day rather than taken off a shelf, and you lie there with nothing being asked of you. This is usually the point where people stop talking.

  5. The ultrasonic spatula passing over the nose.
    5

    Ultrasonic deep pore cleansing

High-frequency vibration lifts the debris out of your pores without squeezing, scraping or leaving you sore. All of the deep-clean benefit, none of the red blotchy aftermath you get from having it done the old way.

  6. Lymphatic drainage massage along the cheek and jaw.
    6

    Lymphatic drainage massage

Slow, rhythmic massage that moves the fluid sitting under your skin. It is what takes the puffiness out of your face, particularly around the eyes and along the jaw. It also feels extraordinary, which is why most people would happily pay for this part on its own.

  7. The microcurrent handpiece lifting along the cheekbone.
    7

    Microcurrent facial toning and contouring

Tiny currents wake up the muscles underneath your skin, toning and contouring as they go. The effect is temporary, and it is a more lifted, more awake looking face you can see the same day. No needles, and nothing anyone can point at.

  8. The glow peel painted on with fan brushes.
    8

    Personalised glow peel

A light peel that works on the very top layer only, mixed to suit your skin rather than taken off a shelf. It brings out radiance without downtime, so there is nothing to plan your week around. You can have this done and go out the same evening.

  9. Lying under the red LED light.
    9

    Dermalux LED phototherapy

The Dermalux canopy comes over you and the red light calms inflammation, settling your skin after everything it has just had. It is also the part where you lie under a warm glow and are not needed by a single person.

  10. Serum, moisturiser and SPF smoothed in at the end.
    10

    Serum, moisturiser and SPF

Medical-grade serum goes onto skin that is finally ready to take it in, then moisturiser to hold it there, then SPF, because everything we have just done is undone by unprotected sun. You leave dewy, not red.

We’re not promising that lines, spots and veins vanish in one appointment, because they don’t. We’re not promising a permanent lift either, because no facial can give you one. You’ll walk away with a glow people notice, a calmer looking face, and a proper plan for what comes next.

Every step is tailored to your skin after your consultation and analysis. Individual steps may be adapted, or left out altogether, where that is the right clinical call — rosacea and reactive skin are the usual reasons, and steam and microcurrent are the usual steps. Yulia will tell you what she is changing and why.

Meet Yulia, your ProGlow partner

Yulia, Aesthetician at Profinity Wellness
Yulia
Aesthetician

Yulia has performed thousands of aesthetic procedures, most of them on women in exactly your position. She has a pharmaceutical background and eight years of daily, hands-on aesthetics experience, which means she can tell you not just what a treatment does but whether it is the right one for the skin you actually have.

She is also, quite simply, lovely to be around. Warm, calm, completely trustworthy, and the kind of person who remembers what you told her last time. Her patients stay with her for years, and that is not an accident.

She does not believe in one-size-fits-all protocols and she will not do a treatment just because it is trending. She will ask about your skin history, your lifestyle, what you have already tried and what you realistically have time for, then build your ProGlow around that. You will not be talked at, rushed, or read a list of your flaws.

I can’t wait to welcome you! I won’t recommend a treatment your skin doesn’t need, and I won’t promise unrealistic results. I’ll be honest, explain every step, and help you make informed decisions about your skin.

Why so few?

Why we only have 50 Golden Tickets

50
There are strictly only 50 ProGlow Golden Tickets available.

We are opening Profinity Wellness with one treatment room and one Aesthetician. That is genuinely all we have, and fifty ProGlows is the most Yulia can look after properly in our first few months without the whole thing turning into a conveyor belt, which is the one thing this clinic is never going to be.

The priority list gets first go at them, in the order people joined, before the tickets are offered to anybody else. We will be offering evening and weekend appointments as well as daytimes, because we know the school run does not move for anybody.

Once the fifty are gone, a ProGlow is £295.

FAQs

What is the ProGlow?

It is a 90-minute advanced facial with a professional skin analysis built into it.

You lie down, your skin is scanned so we can see what is actually going on, and the rest of the ten steps are tailored to what we find. You go home with brighter skin, a written plan and a starting skin score. There are no injections involved.

What is the difference between the Golden Ticket and the ProGlow?

The ProGlow is the treatment. The Golden Ticket is how you get one now.

The ProGlow is the appointment itself: your professional skin analysis, your written plan, and the facial. Once we are open it is £295.

A Golden Ticket is one of only fifty going on sale on 1 October, at £99 instead of £295. Exactly the same 90 minutes, for a third of the price. Joining the priority list is how you get first go at one.

Can I buy the ProGlow today?

Not yet. Bookings and payment both open on 1 October, once our booking system is live. That is deliberate: we would rather you booked a real appointment than paid now and waited to hear from us.

Joining the priority list today costs nothing. On 1 October we email the list before anybody else, and you pick your date and pay in one go.

When can I actually book?

1 October. That is when the diary opens and the fifty Golden Tickets go on sale. The clinic itself opens at the end of October, so the earliest appointments are from then.

We email the priority list on the morning of 1 October, before anybody else hears about it.

How long will a Golden Ticket be valid for?

Golden Tickets will need to be used by the end of February 2027.

That gives you the whole of November, December, January and February to find a date that suits you, and we will be offering evenings and weekends as well as daytimes.

Is the ProGlow right for me?

For most people, yes. There are a few situations where we would wait: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have an active skin infection, if your skin is very sensitive or broken, if you have certain heart conditions or an implanted electrical device because of the microcurrent step, or if you take medication that makes your skin sensitive to light.

There is also a middle ground, and it is common. Rather than not treating you at all, Yulia may adapt a step or leave one out — steam and microcurrent are the two most often changed, usually for rosacea or reactive skin. She will explain anything she alters before she does it.

We check all of this with you before we treat, and if there is a reason not to go ahead at all, we refund your ticket in full.

What if I change my mind?

Then nothing happens. Being on the priority list costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and there is no card involved. When we email on 1 October you can simply ignore it, or tell us to take you off and we will.

Cancellation rights on the ticket itself will be set out in the Golden Ticket terms before anything goes on sale.

Will it look like I have had something done?

No. The ProGlow is a facial and an assessment. There are no injections in it.

You will not leave red, either. The glow peel is superficial and the LED light at the end is there specifically to calm the skin down, so you finish looking dewy rather than flushed. You can go straight back to work, or out, the same day.

I am already on your priority list. Do I need to do this too?

Yes, please. The original list is for the clinic opening generally. This one is specifically for the ProGlow, and it is the one we will email on 1 October when the fifty Golden Tickets go on sale.

Adding yourself takes ten seconds and you will not be emailed twice about the same thing.

Where are you, and is there parking?

Profinity Wellness, Cotton Court, Middlewich Road, Holmes Chapel, Cheshire CW4 7ET. Straight off junction 18 of the M6 with easy parking right outside, so you are not circling a car park before you have even started.

It is also completely private. The clinic is tucked away and set back, so nobody can see you from the road, and you will not be sitting in a window onto the street waiting for your appointment.

Put yourself at the top of your own list, for once

P.S. There are fifty of these because that is genuinely all one room and one Aesthetician can do properly. The priority list gets them first, in the order people joined. It costs nothing to be on it, so if it feels right, put your name down and we will look forward to giving you ninety of the most relaxing minutes you have had in years.
